The invention discloses a system for lifting control of an RH furnace steel ladle. The system comprises a steel ladle clearance measuring device used for measuring the clearance value of the steel ladle, a steel ladle jacking device used for bearing a steel ladle car where the steel ladle is located, a hydraulic device used for driving the jacking device to jack the steel ladle car and the steel ladle, a displacement sensor used for acquiring the jacking height value of the steel ladle in real time and a control device, wherein the control device is used for receiving the clearance value measured by the steel ladle clearance measuring device and the jacking height value collected by the displacement sensor and sending jacking start-stop signals to the hydraulic device according to the clearance value and the jacking height value so as to control starting and stopping of the steel ladle. The problem that immersion depth errors of the steel ladle in a dip pipe are large is solved, compared with the existing manner of achieving operation through manual experience, control accuracy is greatly improved, automatic control is achieved, and production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种RH炉钢包提升控制的系统,包括:钢包净空测量装置,用于测量所述钢包的净空值;钢包顶升装置,用于承托所述钢包所在的钢包车;液压装置,用于驱动所述钢包顶升装置顶升所述钢包车及钢包;位移传感器,用于实时采集所述钢包的顶升高度值;控制装置,用于接收所述钢包净空测量装置测量的净空值和所述位移传感器采集的顶升高度值,并根据所述净空值和顶升高度值,向所述液压装置发出顶升启停信号,以控制所述钢包的启停。解决了钢包在浸渍管浸入深度误差较大的问题,相对于现有的通过人工经验进行操作,大大提升了控制的精确性,且实现了自动化控制,提高了生产效率。
