The invention discloses an intelligent traffic supervisor based on computer vision. The intelligent traffic supervisor comprises a stand column, the stand column is of a cylindrical hollow structure,a vertical supporting rod is arranged on the upper portion of the stand column, the vertical supporting rod is of a cylindrical structure, the outer diameter of the vertical supporting rod is smallerthan that of the stand column, a first motor is arranged in the vertical supporting rod, and a first screw is arranged at the power output end of the first motor. The driving mechanism is arranged inthe vertical supporting rod to drive the transverse supporting rod to move up and down on the surface of the vertical supporting rod, and the height of the transverse supporting rod is convenient to adjust; meanwhile, the driving mechanism in the transverse supporting rod drives the camera to move left and right, the transverse supporting rod and the vertical supporting rod are matched with each other to increase the shooting range of the camera, and the control box drives the camera to rotate on the inner side of the mounting frame so that the camera rotates in the mounting frame, and the flexibility of the camera is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于计算机视觉的交通智能监管器,包括:立柱,所述立柱呈圆柱形中空状结构设置且上部设有竖向支撑杆,所述竖向支撑杆呈圆柱结构设置且外径小于立柱,所述竖向支撑杆内部设有第一电机且第一电机的动力输出端设有第一螺杆。本发明通过在竖向支撑杆内部设置驱动机构驱动横向支撑杆在其表面上下移动,方便调节横向支撑杆的高度,同时横向支撑杆内部的驱动机构带动摄像头左右移动,横向支撑杆和竖向支撑杆相互配合增加了摄像头的拍摄范围,同时控制盒驱动摄像头在安装架内侧转动,使摄像头在安装架内部转动,提高了摄像头的灵活度。
