The design is reasonable, the inserting columns are inserted into the corresponding column grooves at the butt joint positions of the aluminum plate bodies, and the connecting inserting plates are inserted into the corresponding connecting inserting grooves. Rapid pre-assembly forming of the formed aluminum plate bodies can be completed; the clamping blocks annularly distributed at the outer ends of the inserting columns inserted into the column grooves are popped into the corresponding grooves under the elastic action of the steel sheets, the clamping blocks are jacked and pressed on the inner walls of the grooves through the reset springs in a compressed state, the clamping and connecting effect is achieved, and therefore the charging pile aluminum shell assembly which is convenient, rapid and firm in installation is completed.
本发明公开了一种充电桩铝制壳体及其快速组装方法,包括铝制侧板、铝制后板、铝制顶板、铝制前板、屏幕安装窗、铝制底板、散热孔组、插柱、铝薄片组、第一柱槽、复位弹簧、衔接插槽、第一凹槽、衔接插板、第二凹槽、第二柱槽、放置槽、卡块和钢片。本发明设计合理,通过在铝制板体对接处采用插柱插放在对应的柱槽内且衔接插板插入对应的衔接插槽内,能够完成形成铝制板体之间快速预先拼装成型,便于后续进行加固连接,通过插入柱槽的插柱外端环形分布的卡块在钢片弹性作用下弹入相应凹槽内并经处于压缩状态的复位弹簧将卡块顶压在凹槽内壁上,达到卡固连接的效果,从而完成便捷快速且安装牢固的充电桩铝制壳体组装。
