The rear connecting piece is integrally formed through extrusion, the development cost is low, the cost of an extrusion die is saved by about 10 times compared with that of a high-vacuum die-casting die, and the cost reduction effect is obvious; the rigidity andthe strength of a chassis rear suspension mounting point can be guaranteed, the weight reducing effect is good; and compared with a steel sheet metal scheme, the weight is reduced by 40%, and compared with a connecting piece scheme after high-vacuum die casting, the weight is reduced by nearly 20%.
本发明公开一种铝合金车架后连接及底盘后悬架安装结构及结构件,所述结构件设于门槛边梁和后地板纵梁之间,包括后连接件、门槛边梁安装套筒螺母和后悬架安装套筒螺母,所述后连接件为挤压铝合金型材,为多腔体变厚度结构,所述后连接件两端分别是与门槛边梁和与后地板纵梁的连接部,所述与门槛边梁的连接部安装有门槛边梁安装套筒螺母,所述后连接件中部为底盘后悬架安装点,安装有后悬架安装套筒螺母。本发明的后连接件一体挤压成型,开发费用低,挤压模具较高真空压铸模具节省成本近10倍,降本效果明显;可以有利于保证底盘后悬架安装点的刚强度;有较好的减重效果,相对钢的钣金方案减重40%,相对高真空压铸后连接件方案减重近20%。
