The invention discloses an all-weather track detection system and relates to the technical field of rail transit rail detection. With the system adopted, the problems of high labor intensity, difficulty in routing inspection in rainy and snowy severe weather and the like in manual routing inspection are solved. The system comprises a vehicle body; a detection module used for detecting parameter information of a rail and a surrounding environment is carried on the vehicle body; four rotating arms are connected to inspection equipment; driving wheels are connected to the outer ends of the rotating arms; the rotating arms have a working state in which the rotating arms incline downwards and face the outer side of the vehicle body and a dormant state in which the rotating arms face the inner side of the vehicle body and located above the vehicle body; the detection module is connected to a control platform; the control platform calculates data collected by the detection module; the controlplatform controls the driving wheels to stop when a train arrives, and controls the rotating arms to rotate from the working state to the dormant state; the other end of the control module is connected with an early warning module; and after the detection module senses that obstacles exist on the rail, the early warning module conducts early warning. Routine maintenance can be performed on a subway rail or a high-speed rail under various severe weather conditions.
本发明公开了一种全天候轨道检测系统,涉及轨道交通铁轨检测技术领域,解决了人工巡检存在劳动强度大、雨雪恶劣天气巡检困难等问题,包括车体,车体上搭载有用于检测铁轨及周边环境的参数信息的检测模块,巡检设备上连接有四个旋转臂,旋转臂外端连接有驱动轮,旋转臂包括倾斜向下并朝向车体外侧的工作状态、朝向车体内侧并位于车体上方的休眠状态;检测模块连接于控制平台,控制平台对检测模块采集的数据进行解算,在火车到来时控制平台控制驱动轮停止、旋转臂从工作状态转动至休眠状态;控制模块另一端连接预警模块,检测模块感应到轨道上存在障碍后,预警模块进行预警。达到了在各种恶劣气象条件下对地铁轨道或高铁轨道进行例行维护的效果。
