The invention relates to an underwater engineering equipment bottom-sitting and bottom-leaving device with a flexible pad. The device comprises a seabed, an underwater engineering device body structure is arranged on the upper portion of the seabed, two supporting columns are fixed to the lower bottom face of the device body structure at intervals, the two supporting columns are both perpendicularto the lower bottom face of the device body structure, and hydraulic actuating cylinders with mechanical locks are fixed to the two supporting columns respectively; and a rigid seat bottom plate is fixed to the lower bottom faces of the two supporting columns at the same time, rotating shafts are installed at the two ends of the rigid seat bottom plate respectively, the rigid seat bottom plate iswrapped with the flexible pad, and the two ends of the flexible pad bypass the rotating shafts respectively and are connected with piston rods of hydraulic actuating cylinders through clamping assemblies. Through the power of the hydraulic actuating cylinder, the attaching or separating action between the flexible cushion and the rigid seat bottom plate is realized. The device has safety and goodworking reliability.

    本发明涉及一种带柔性垫的水下工程设备坐离底装置,包括海底,所述海底的上部设置有水下工程的设备主体结构,所述设备主体结构的下底面间隔固定有两个支柱,两个支柱均与设备主体结构的下底面垂直,两个支柱上分别固定有带有机械锁的液压作动筒;两个支柱的下底面同时固定有刚性坐底板,所述刚性坐底板的两端头分别安装有转轴,所述刚性坐底板的外部包覆有柔性垫,所述柔性垫的两端分别绕过转轴,并通过夹持组件与液压作动筒的活塞杆连接;通过液压作动筒的动力,实现柔性垫与刚性坐底板之间的贴合或者分离动作。安全、工作可靠性好。
