The invention belongs to the technical field of mounting and maintaining of elevators, and provides an elevator guide rail lock. An elevator car is effectively hoisted, an elevator counter-weight is braked and stopped effectively, use is convenient, mounting is rapid, and brake is safe and reliable. According to the adopted technical scheme, one outer side plate is fixedly mounted on each of the two sides of a base; an inner side plate is fixedly mounted on the inner side of each of the two outer side plates; the tops of the two inner side plates are fixedly connected with the tops of the twoouter side plates; a clearance allowing a guide rail transverse plate to pass is reserved between the inner side plates and the top face of the base; a clearance allowing a guide rail vertical plate to pass is reserved between the two inner side plates; a lock cavity provided with a lock handle is arranged between each inner side plate and the corresponding outer side plate; and according to the structures of the lock handles, cam hooks are arranged at the bottom ends of rotating blocks, the lock hands are connected with the corresponding inner side plates and outer side plates through first pin shafts, the lower arc faces of the cam hooks are in contact with the top face of the base, pull lock plates and the upper ends of the lock handles are hinged through second pun shafts, the upper portions of lifting hooks are fixedly connected with two lock plates, and the second pin shafts are connected with the upper ends of connecting plates through expanding tension springs.

    本发明属于电梯的安装维修的技术领域;提供了一种电梯导轨锁,有效起吊电梯轿厢和制停电梯对重,使用方便,安装快捷,制停安全可靠;采用的技术方案为:底座的两侧均固定安装有一个外侧板,两个外侧板的内侧均固定安装有一个内侧板,两个内侧板和两个外侧板的顶部固定连接,内侧板与底座顶面之间留有供导轨横板通过的间隙,两个内侧板之间留有供导轨立板通过的间隙,内侧板与对应外侧板之间为安装有锁柄的锁腔,锁柄的结构为转动块的底端设有凸轮钩,锁柄通过第一销轴与对应的内侧板和外侧板相连接,凸轮钩的下弧面与底座的顶面接触,拉锁板与锁柄上端通过第二销轴铰接,吊钩上部与两个锁板固定连接,第二销轴通过涨紧拉簧与连接板上端相连接。
