The invention discloses a non-homogeneous brake disc for a mine high-speed hoist. The non-homogeneous brake disc for the mine high-speed hoist comprises a base layer made of steel. A thermal barrier thermal insulation coating is arranged on the surface of the base layer made of steel, and an anisotropic high thermal conductivity coating is arranged on the surface of the thermal barrier thermal insulation coating. The radial thermal conductivity coefficient of the anisotropic high thermal conductivity coating is greater than the thermal conductivity coefficient in the circumferential and depthdirections. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the base layer is greater than that of the thermal barrier thermal insulation coating. The specific heat capacity coefficient of the thermal barrierthermal insulation coating is greater than that of the base layer and the anisotropic high thermal conductivity coating. The thermal expansion coefficient of the base layer is greater than that of the thermal barrier thermal insulation coating and the anisotropic high thermal conductivity coating. The temperature distribution and thermal deformation of the brake disc in the high-speed braking process can be improved, and the braking safety of the high-speed hoist is improved.

    本发明公开了一种矿井高速提升机用非均质制动盘,包括钢制的基体层,在钢制基体层表面设有热障保温涂层,在热障保温涂层表面设有各向异性高导热涂层。其中,各向异性高导热涂层径向导热系数大于圆周和深度方向的导热系数。基体层的导热系数大于热障保温涂层。热障保温涂层的比热容系数大于基体层和各向异性高导热涂层。基体层的热膨胀系数大于所述热障保温涂层和所述各向异性高导热涂层。本发明可以改善高速制动过程中制动盘的温度分布和热变形,从而提高高速提升机的制动安全性。
