The invention discloses an automobile heat dissipation water tank control method. An automobile heat dissipation water tank comprises a cooling tank body, a first S-shaped heat exchange pipe is arranged below the cooling box body, one end of the first S-shaped heat exchange pipe extends to one side wall of the cooling box body, and the other end of the first S-shaped heat exchange pipe extends tothe other side wall of the cooling box body. A micro water pump is installed in the cooling box body, a liquid level sensor is installed at the upper portion of the inner wall of the cooling box body,and a cooling liquid supplementing box is installed at the top of the heat insulation cover and is of a hollow cylindrical structure. When the liquid level sensor 6 detects that the cooling liquid inthe cooling box body 1 is insufficient, a signal is sent to the PLC 14, and the PLC 14 controls a lifting mechanism 22 to operate, so that the piston head 16 descends, and then the cooling liquid inthe cooling liquid supplementing box 15 enters the cooling box body 1. According to the method, control is carried out based on the heat dissipation device with a unique structure, so that the coolingliquid in the cooling liquid supplementing box can enter the cooling box body in time.

    本发明公开了一种汽车散热水箱控制方法,汽车散热水箱包括冷却箱体,冷却箱体的下方设有第一S形换热管,第一S形换热管的一端延伸至冷却箱体的一侧壁上,第一S形换热管的另一端延伸至冷却箱体的另一侧壁上,冷却箱体的内部安装有微型水泵,所述冷却箱体的内壁上部安装有液位传感器,隔热罩的顶部安装有冷却液补充箱,冷却液补充箱呈中空圆柱状结构。当液位传感器6检测到冷却箱体1内冷却液不够时,将信号发送给PLC控制器14,PLC控制器14控制升降机构22运行,从而活塞头16下降,进而使冷却液补充箱15内部的冷却液进入冷却箱体1中。本发明方法基于结构独特的散热装置进行控制,使冷却液补充箱内部的冷却液能够及时进入冷却箱体中。
