The invention relates to a high-rise rescue device, comprising a telescopic guardrail, a slide, a sliding board, an electromagnetic damping descending device, an electromagnetic lock, a multi-stage pneumatic support rod, a hydraulic rod and an auxiliary ladder. The high-altitude rescue device outside a building can be used to evacuate when a high-rise fire occurs. When a trapped person in a high-rise building reaches a safety isolation layer when trapped, a hydraulic and pneumatic device of the high-rise rescue device is activated by one button to extend the telescopic guardrail to the outsideof the building. The trapped person only needs to sit on the sliding board and unlock a wheel lock and can slide down to the end of the telescopic guardrail. A limiting device is arranged at the endof the telescopic guardrail and makes the sliding board safely stop at the outdoor auxiliary ladder position, so that the trapped person can safely reach the high-altitude rescue device outside the building through the outdoor auxiliary ladder, and the high-altitude rescue device sends the trapped person back to the ground safely.
