The invention discloses a super-long turbogenerator lifting device, and relates to the technical field of equipment lifting. The problem that a rotor can not be completely pushed into a motor shell tofinish assembly due to smaller limit distance for installation of the rotor in the motor shell through a common hoisting method is solved. The super-long turbogenerator lifting device comprises a base and a lifting platform; two groups of pulleys and six groups of universal wheels are arranged on the both sides of the bottom of the base; two groups of guide pillars are arranged on the both sidesof the top of the base integrally; lifting pillars are arranged on the top of the both sides of the lifting platform integrally, and square grooves are formed in the inner sides of the bottoms of thelifting pillars; through arrangement of buckles and feeding brackets, a convenient lifting function is provided for the lifting device, and the buckles can be rotated outwards or inwards through control over racks synchronously; and a motor rotor can be loosened or buckled conveniently, and meanwhile a side frame plate can be locked through a shear fork mechanism by the buckles so that the both sides of the rotor are fixed.

    本发明公开了一种超长汽轮发电机吊装装置,涉及设备吊装技术领域,解决了常用的吊装方式将转子向电机外壳中安装的限制距离较小,不能将转子完整推入电机外壳中完成装配的问题。一种超长汽轮发电机吊装装置,包括底座和升降台;所述底座底部两侧固定设置有两组滑轮和六组万向轮;所述底座的顶部两侧均一体式设置有两组导向柱;所述升降台的两侧顶部均一体式设置有升降台柱,且升降台柱的底部内侧均开设有方形槽,通过设置有卡扣和放料托为吊装装置提供了方便的起吊功能,卡扣可以通过齿条的控制同步向外旋转或向内旋转,可以便捷的松开或扣住电机转子,同时卡扣可以通过剪叉机构锁紧侧架板将转子两侧进行固定。
