The invention provides a distributed integrated wire harness which comprises a conversion box, a wire inlet port and a wire outlet port, wherein the wire inlet port and the wire outlet port are arranged at two ends of the conversion box. The wire outlet port comprises a straight-through signal output port and a CAN bus communication port. A straight-through type wire harness processing module anda CAN bus transmission control module are arranged in the conversion box; and a two-gear dial switch is arranged outside the conversion box. According to the invention, the wire harness is divided into a straight-through mode and a CAN bus transmission mode through the dial switch; the traditional mode of a bundled wire harness is broken through; distributed integration of wiring harnesses is realized by adopting distributed integrated wiring harnesses; the overall circuit layout of the system is improved, the labor cost and the material cost are reduced by adopting an integrated mode; field installation and inspection are more convenient by adopting a quick plugging mode; and meanwhile, the universality of a product is improved by adopting a modular form, and troubleshooting is facilitated.
本发明提供了一种分布集成式线束,包括转换盒及设置其两端的进线端口和出线端口,所述出线端口包括直通信号输出端口、CAN总线通信端口;所述转换盒内设置直通式线束处理模块和CAN总线传输控制模块;在转换盒外设置两档拨码开关。本发明通过拨码开关将线束分为直通式和CAN总线传输式两种模式,打破了捆扎式线束的传统模式,采用分布集成式线束实现了线束的分布式集成化,改善系统整体线路布局、集成化模式降低人工成本和材料成本、采用快速插拔模式使现场安装及检查更加便捷,同时模块化形式提高了产品的通用性,方便了故障排查。
