The invention provides a net repairing device for an underground coal mine trackless stringing vehicle, which comprises: a suspension bracket extending along the horizontal direction; a current collection device which is fixed on the suspension bracket and is rigidly connected with the suspension bracket, wherein the current collection device comprises a positive electrode current collection device and a negative electrode current collection device, each of the positive electrode current collection device and the negative electrode current collection device comprises a contact wire, and the contact wires are located in a current collection groove with a downward opening, one end of each contact wire is used for being connected with the positive electrode or the negative electrode of the power source, and the other end of each contact wire is used for making contact with a collector head of a trackless stringing vehicle to supply power to the trackless stringing vehicle; a guide devicewhich is fixed on the lower side of the current collecting groove and is used for guiding the current collecting head to enter the current collecting groove. The net repairing device achieves automatic guiding and catching of the bipolar current collecting head, is small in occupied space and is particularly suitable for being used for a trackless stringing vehicle in an underground coal mine.
本发明提供一种用于煤矿井下无轨架线车的补网装置,其包括:悬挂架,所述悬挂架沿水平方向延伸;集电装置,固定于所述悬挂架上并与所述悬挂架刚性连接;所述集电装置包括正极集电装置以及负极集电装置;所述正极集电装置及负极集电装置分别包括一个触线,所述触线位于开口朝下的集电槽内;所述触线一端分别用于与所述电源的正极或负极连接,另一端分别用于与无轨架线车的集电头接触向所述无轨架线车供电;导引装置,所述导引装置固定于所述集电槽下侧,用于引导所述集电头进入所述集电槽内。本发明的补网装置实现双极集电头的自动导引捕捉,且占用空间小,特别适用于煤矿井下的无轨架线车使用。
