The invention relates to the field of parking management, in particular to a parking space management method, a server and a parking management system. The method comprises the steps: identifying a license plate number of a vehicle in front of a parking space; paying fixed amount parking fees in advance; enabling a parking space stopper to descend, so that the vehicle is driven into the parking space; enabling the parking space stopper at the parking space to detect the parking condition of the vehicle in real time; after the vehicle leaves, calculating the actual parking fee, and returning the remaining parking fee to the vehicle owner, so unattended automatic charging management in the non-closed parking area is realized.

    本发明涉及停车管理领域,特别是关于一种停车位管理方法、服务器及停车管理系统,它采用首先识别停车位前的车辆车牌号,之后提前支付固定金额停车费,停车位阻挡器下降,使得车辆驶入停车位,停车位上的停车位阻挡器实时检测车辆的停靠情况,在车辆离开之后,计算实际停车费,并将剩余停车费返还给车主的形式,从而实现在非封闭停车区域无人值守自动收费管理。
