The invention provides a working mode and a control method for improving the efficiency of an energy router system of a charging station, and belongs to the field of medium-high voltage electric vehicle charging stations. A synchronous continuous mode, a synchronous intermittent mode, a forward mode and a reverse mode are formed by controlling the switching-on moments and the switching action duration of all IGBTs (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7 and S8) of the series resonance type isolated DC-DC topology, and the DC-DC working mode state is determined and the working mode switching working stateis carried out by detecting the power of the whole charging station and comparing the power with the mode switching condition, so that the system can keep higher efficiency operation in a full-load range and has energy bidirectional flow capability and good dynamic characteristics.

    本发明提出提高充电站能量路由器系统效率的工作模式与控制方法,属于中高压电动汽车充电站领域。本发明通过控制串联谐振式隔离型DC‑DC拓扑所有IGBT(S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6、S7、S8)的开通时刻以及开关动作持续时间形成同步连续模式、同步间歇模式、正向模式和反向模式。通过检测充电站整机功率大小与模式切换条件对比来确定DC‑DC的工作模式状态并进行工作模式切换工作状态,使系统在全负载范围内能够保持较高的效率运行并且具备能量双向流动能力及良好动态特性。
