The invention relates to the field of robots, and particularly relates to an embroidered ball loading and handing-over robot. The robot comprises a chassis module, a loading module, a handing-over module, an electric control module and a ball rack, wherein the chassis module comprises a chassis frame and four power mechanisms, the loading module comprises a lifting sliding block, a lifting air cylinder, a lifting frame, a loading platform, a loading positioning cone and an electromagnetic block, the handing-over module comprises a fixed seat, an electric turntable and the like, and the ball rack comprises a ball rack rod, a ball rack bottom layer and a ball rack middle layer. According to the invention, targeted design is carried out on the ball rack of the embroidered ball type, the ballrack is used as a carrier of the embroidered ball, moving, loading and handing-over functions are integrated, the Mecanum wheel chassis is used for moving, the ball rack is loaded in an air cylinder lifting mode, handing-over of the embroidered ball is completed through the flexibility of a tying rope of the embroidered ball, and thus the machine can stably, accurately and rapidly complete loadingand handing-over tasks.
