The invention provides a wind power tower drum internal maintaining and repairing device which comprises a rail frame, a bridge box, a driving device, a control console and an auxiliary hoisting device. The bridge box is connected to one end of the rail frame. The top of the bridge box is provided with an elevating platform. The driving device is connected into the bridge box. One end of the auxiliary hoisting device and one end of the control console are both connected to the elevating platform. The rail frame comprises a plurality of racks and a plurality of connecting plates. One sides of the plurality of connecting plates are connected to joints of the plurality of racks correspondingly. The other sides of the plurality of connecting plates are detachably connected to a ladder inside awind power tower. The driving device comprises a motor, a speed reducer, guide wheels, limiting wheels and brake wheels. The bridge box is convenient to transport and install, and construction cost is reduced; by arranging the auxiliary hoisting device, labor is saved, and efficiency is improved; the structure is simple, the wind power tower drum internal maintaining and repairing device can be detached in normal work, and therefore work space is enlarged; and the wind power tower drum internal maintaining and repairing device is compact in structure, high in bearing capacity, stable in workand low in price.

    本发明提供了一种风电塔筒内部维修保养装置,包括:轨道架、桥箱、驱动装置、控制台和辅助起重装置,桥箱连接于轨道架一端,桥箱顶部安装有载人平台,驱动装置连接于桥箱内部,辅助起重装置和控制台一端均连接于载人平台,轨道架包括多个齿条和多个连接板,多个连接板一侧分别连接于多个齿条的连接处,多个连接板的另一侧可拆卸的连接于风电塔内部爬梯,驱动装置包括电机、减速机、导向轮、限位轮和制动轮,本发明的桥箱便于运输,安装方便、降低了施工成本,本发明通过设置辅助起重装置,节省劳力,提高了效率,且结构简单,在正常工作时能够将其卸载,从而扩大了工作空间,本发明的结构紧凑,承载能力高,工作平稳,价格低廉。
