The invention relates to the field of axle assemblies and especially relates to a damping axle assembly. A supporting column is included. Universal joints are fixedly connected to two ends of the supporting column. The two ends of the supporting column are fixedly connected with hubs through the universal joints. Connecting rods are fixedly connected to sides, close to each other, of the two hubs;and a steering structure is fixedly connected between the two connecting rods. Beneficial effects of the assembly are that a second damping structure and a first damping structure are arranged so that an impact from a front-back direction and a vertical downward direction of the vehicle body can be buffered, and a damping effect of an axle is improved; a second damping spring performs primary buffering between a sliding cylinder and a sliding plate; and a first damping spring contracts between an arc-shaped fixing block and the sliding plate to carry out secondary buffering, a damping and buffering effect of the axle can be improved through the two times of buffering, a situation that the axle is greatly impacted by continuity of a vehicle body is prevented, damage to the axle is avoided,the steering structure is simple, and steering of the two hubs can be flexibly controlled.

    本发明涉及车桥总成领域,具体的说是一种减震车桥总成,包括支撑柱,支撑柱的两端均固定连接有万向节,支撑柱的两端均通过万向节固定连接有轮毂,两个轮毂相靠近的一侧均固定连接有连接杆,两个连接杆之间固定连接有转向结构,本发明所达到的的有益效果是:通过设置第二减震结构和第一减震结构,能够缓冲来自车身前后方向和垂直向下的冲击,提高车桥的减震效果,第二减震弹簧在滑筒和滑板之间做一次缓冲,第一减震弹簧在弧型固定块和滑板之间收缩,做二次缓冲,两次缓冲能够提高车桥的减震缓冲效果,防止车身连续性对车桥造成较大的冲击,避免车桥造成损害,转向结构结构简单,能够灵活控制两个轮毂转向。
