The invention relates to a bogie of a monorail overhead sightseeing car, a driving wheel set mechanism and a disassembling method. A driving motor and a reduction gearbox are connected and installed at the side end of the bogie; the output shaft of the reduction gearbox is connected with a driving wheel set; one end of a coupler is connected with the output shaft of the reduction gearbox, and theother end of the coupler is connected with the driving wheel set; the front end and the rear end of a framework are each provided with two guide wheel devices; the lower portions of the two side endsof the framework are each provided with a stabilizing wheel set; the front end and the rear end of the framework are each provided with a rescue wheel set; and a brake is installed on a speed reducerbrake shaft or a driving shaft. The car can run on a single rail, and the wheel sets are rapidly disassembled and assembled. The wheel axle device is provided with a clamping groove type upper split axle box and a clamping groove type lower split axle box, so that the driving wheel set is conveniently and rapidly detached from the framework; due to the use of bilateral sealed railway bearings, themidway lubrication frequency of the bearings is effectively reduced, each component on a driving wheel axle is of a stepped mounting structure, and after the wheel set is integrally disassembled, each component of the driving wheel set can be disassembled in sequence.
本发明涉及一种单轨架空游览车的转向架及驱动轮组机构及拆卸方法,驱动电机与减速箱连接安装在转向架的侧端,减速箱的输出轴与驱动轮组连接,联轴器一端与减速箱输出轴连接、另外一端与驱动轮组连接;构架前后端各设置二组导轮装置,向构架的两侧端下部安装各设置一组稳定轮组,构架的前后端位置各设置有一组救援轮轮,制动器安装在减速机制动轴或者驱动轴上。优点:实现车辆在单轨走行,轮组的快速拆装。轮轴装置卡槽式上、下分体式轴箱设置,驱动轮组方便快捷的从构架上拆除;双侧密封式铁路轴承的使用,有效地减少轴承中途润滑频次,驱动轮轴上各组件采用阶梯式安装结构,轮组整体拆下后,可依次拆除驱动轮组各组件零部件。
