The invention discloses a design method of an aero-engine propeller flange conical surface connecting structure. The design method comprises the steps of S1, determining a large-diameter basic size ofa conical surface shaft and material parameters of a connecting piece; S2, determining a pre-tightening force of a fastener; S3, setting a taper angle of a first outer circular surface and a length of a contact surface; S4, calculating contact pressure of the contact surface; S5, calculating a connection bearing torque; S6, calculating allowable working pressure of the contact surface; S7, setting a size of a flat key, and calculating a bearing torque of the flat key; S8, judging whether a calculation result meets an expected design index or not; and S9, determining a final size of the firstouter circular surface and the flat key. According to the design method of the aero-engine propeller flange conical surface connecting structure, an optimal design of conical surface shaft connectioncan be simply and efficiently completed, a design period is shortened, design cost is saved, and therefore the design of aero-engine parts is better achieved.
本发明公开了一种航空发动机螺旋桨法兰锥面联接结构的设计方法,包括步骤:S1、确定所述锥面轴的大径基本尺寸和所述联接件的材料参数;S2、确定所述紧固件的预紧力;S3、设定所述第一外圆面的锥角和接触面的长度;S4、计算接触面的接触压力;S5、计算联接承载扭矩;S6、计算接触面许用工作压力;S7、设定平键的尺寸,计算平键的承载扭矩;S8、判断计算结果是否满足预期设计指标;S9、确定第一外圆面和平键的最终尺寸。本发明的航空发动机螺旋桨法兰锥面联接结构的设计方法,可以简单、高效的完成锥面轴联接的优化设计,缩短设计周期,节省设计成本,从而更好地实现航空发动机零部件的设计。
