本发明提出一种于激光测距的电梯补偿绳张紧装置故障判定方法及系统,该系统包括激光测距模块和数据采集盒,所述激光测距模块设置于补偿绳张紧装置的下方,且其光传感面朝上与补偿绳张紧装置的底部正对;该方法是通过实时获取补偿绳张紧装置的底端与测距点的距离以生成实时振动曲线;当实时振动曲线的峰值超过预设的上极限值Lmax或下极限值Lmin时,判定补偿绳张紧装置存在风险,向上位系统报警。本申请针对在高速电梯运行过程中由于绳索的抖动而造成补偿绳张紧装置故障的问题,通过采样运算对比极限值和振动曲线偏离状况最终判定补偿绳张紧装置是否出现故障,起到提前预知故障的作用,可以提前或及时维保处理,从而避免高速电梯产生故障。
