The invention discloses an equivalent stiffness calculation method for a logistic anti-collision device of an offshore structure. The method is applied to the logic anti-collision device of the offshore structure, the anti-collision device comprises a bearing part, a fixing part and a spring system, and the spring system comprises a plurality of continuously-arranged spring units. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining the transverse displacement of the intersection point of two inclined struts and the rotating angles of the inclined struts; S2, determining a kinetic equation of the anti-collision device; S3, obtaining a function of the restoring force relative to the displacement of the bearing part; and S4, obtaining equivalent stiffness according to the tangent slopeof the restoring force relative to the displacement function of the bearing part. By the adoption of the method, the equivalent rigidity of the logistic anti-collision device can be calculated, the threshold value, the maximum rigidity and the like for converting the high rigidity into the low rigidity are determined through the equivalent rigidity, and the anti-collision device can be optimally designed.
