The invention provides a bow rudder system of a container ship. The system mainly comprises a bow rudder, a bulbous bow rear end, a rotating shaft, a rudderstock, a shifting fork, an oil cylinder, a sinker bar, a cylindrical pin, a working oil port A, a working oil port B and a bow rudder rear body. Under the tendency that the size of the ship is gradually increased, the invention mainly aims to solve the problems of poor gyration, poor maneuverability and the like caused by long ship length of a large ship. The bow rudder is arranged in the front of the ship; most seawater near a bow flows ina laminar flow manner; the steering force of the bow rudder is relatively concentrated; the generated ship turning moment is large; in addition, the bow turning performance is better when the bow rudder turns; therefore, the rudder effect of the bow rudder is better; moreover, according to the system, molded line transition of the underwater ship body near the bow is smoother, wave breaking resistance in the advancing process of the ship can be correspondingly reduced, energy consumption of the ship is reduced, and the economical efficiency is improved; a side pushing device which consumes much energy and is high in investment cost does not need to be installed on the ship provided with the system, and therefore the system has excellent application and popularization significance.

    一种集装箱船的船艏舵系统,该系统主要包括:船艏舵、球鼻艏后端、转轴、舵杆、拨叉、油缸、撞杆、圆柱销、工作油口A、工作油口B、船艏舵后体。在船舶逐渐大型化的趋势下,本发明主要针对大型船舶的船长较长而导致的回转性和机动性差等问题,提出了在船舶前方设置船艏舵,由于船首附近海水多数是层流流动,船艏舵的转向力较为集中,产生的转船力矩较大,加之船艏舵转舵时的转首性能较好,所以船艏舵的舵效更好,不仅如此,本发明系统中船首附近水下船体的型线过渡更为平滑,可相应减少船舶前进过程中的破波阻力,降低船舶的能耗,提高经济性,且安装本发明系统的船舶也不必安装耗能多、投资成本大的侧推装置,因此,本发明有较为优越的推广应用意义。
