The invention discloses a stable lifting mechanism of a box type elevator and relates to the technical field of novel elevator conduction and drive. The stable lifting mechanism comprises an elevatorshaft floor, wherein a layering pedal is welded to one end of the elevator shaft floor, and two slidable stabilizing supporting columns are fixed to two sides in the elevator shaft floor. By means ofa design of stabilizing a lifting torque to drive an adjusting structure by matching with multiple shafts, the mechanism conducts an initial driving rotating speed by multi-gear engagement so as to reduce irregular swing in direct conduction and drive by means of a precise transmission ratio in a conduction drive to lift. Matched with a design of pushing adjustment, the mechanism can adjust the rotating speed during adjustment more conveniently to prevent unstable swing as a result of too high speed. By means of transmission vibration component force stabilizing structures at the top end and the bottom end of a car, the mechanism can divide forces of conducted impact at the top end and the bottom end at the same time conveniently to prevent influence of conducted impact to the car, so thatthe stabilizing degree during riding is further improved.
