The invention provides a method for identifying a no-parking area based on geographic information and a no-parking area judgment device, the range of the no-parking area is described through a geometric model in a geographic coordinate system, and when a user needs to park a target vehicle, real-time position information of the target vehicle is obtained; for each no-parking area in the operationarea where the target vehicle is located, a corresponding geometric algorithm is selected according to the geometric model of the no-parking area to analyze whether a coordinate point describing the real-time position of the target vehicle is located in the coordinate range of the geometric model of the no-parking area or not; and when the coordinate point is located in the coordinate range of thegeometric model of the at least one no-parking area, judging that the target vehicle is located in the no-parking area, and sending corresponding prompt information to a user.

    本发明提供了一种基于地理信息识别禁停区的方法和禁停区判定装置,其中所述禁停区的范围通过地理坐标系中的几何模型来描述,当用户需要停放目标车辆时,获取目标车辆的实时位置信息;对于目标车辆所在运营区域内的每个禁停区,根据禁停区的几何模型选择相应的几何算法来分析描述目标车辆的实时位置的坐标点是否位于该禁停区的几何模型的坐标范围内;当所述坐标点位于至少一个禁停区的几何模型的坐标范围内时,判断目标车辆位于禁停区,向用户发出相应的提示信息。
