The invention discloses a special throwing device for parachute-free air-drop and a throwing method thereof. The throwing device comprises at least four binding belts which are transversely and longitudinally arranged and used for binding air-drop pieces, an air-drop tray used for providing binding positions and bearing a plurality of air-drop pieces, and a hoisting part connected between the binding belts and an air transportation tool; each binding belt comprises a first belt body and a second belt body, a lock body is arranged between the first belt body and the second belt body, and one end of the hoisting part is connected with an unlocking part of the lock body, so that after the air-drop tray is separated from the air transportation tool, the hoisting part opens the unlocking part to separate the first belt body from the second belt body so as to drop the air-drop pieces. The invention further comprises a throwing method of the special throwing device for parachute-free air-drop. The device is convenient to store, transport and throw, when the air-drop tray is separated from a cabin body, the binding belts can be automatically unfastened, airdrop of the air-drop pieces is achieved, manual operation is not needed, time and labor are saved, safety is high, efficiency is high, and zero error of air-drop piece throwing is achieved.
