The invention belongs to the technical field of elevator loosening state detection and discloses an elevator fixing device loosening state detection method, computer equipment and an elevator. The method comprises the steps: installing a vibration sensor at the position of an elevator fixing device, carrying out the variational mode decomposition (VMD) of signals in different loosening states collected by the sensor, and obtaining K intrinsic mode components (IMF); respectively calculating information entropy, high-order cumulant and high-order spectrum of the K intrinsic mode components IMF;and detecting the loosening state of the fixing device by utilizing the combined characteristics. The VMD method is introduced into fault diagnosis of the elevator fixing device and used for processing fault signals of the foundation bolts. The VMD not only has a solid theoretical basis, but also shows good robustness for noise, and can separate signal components containing feature information from original vibration signals with low signal-to-noise ratio, thereby realizing loosening state detection of the elevator fixing device.

    本发明属于升降机松动状态检测技术领域,公开了一种升降机固定装置松动状态检测方法、计算机设备及升降机,通过在升降机固定装置的地方安装振动传感器,对从传感器搜集过来的不同松动状态的信号进行变分模态分解(VMD),得到K个固有模态分量(IMF);对K个固有模态分量IMF分别计算信息熵、高阶累积量以及高阶谱;利用组合特征来识别固定装置松动状态检测。本发明将VMD方法引入到升降机固定装置故障诊断,用于处理机脚螺栓的故障信号。VMD不仅具有坚实的理论基础,而且对于噪声也表现出较好的鲁棒性,能够从信噪比较低的原始振动信号中分离出包含特征信息的信号分量,进而实现升降机固定装置松动状态检测。
