The invention discloses an individual travel time prediction method based on traffic signals and density delay. The individual travel time prediction method comprises the steps of acquiring road section data division to obtain individual historical traffic states of vehicles; calculating a road section density threshold value according to road section signal control information; calibrating vehicle individual driving habits and constructing a vehicle individual travel data set; constructing a signal delay function and a density delay function according to the vehicle individual travel data set; constructing an individual travel time function; obtaining an individual prediction passing state according to vehicle individual traffic information; and according to the individual prediction passing state and the individual travel time function, constructing an individual travel time prediction function and obtaining individual travel prediction time. According to the invention, more accurateindividual journey prediction time can be provided. The individual travel time prediction method based on traffic signals and density delay can be widely applied to the field of urban traffic traveltime prediction.
