The invention discloses a fuel-saving control method and system for a variable pitch propeller. The method comprises the steps of when an engine runs at a constant rotate speed control mode, searchinga pre-calibrated CUR chart based on a current actual engine rotate speed so as to obtain a corresponding minimum fuel consumption rate; searching a pre-calibrated first MAP chart based on the currentactual engine rotate speed and the obtained minimum fuel consumption rate so as to obtain a corresponding engine torque; and searching a pre-calibrated second MAP chart based on the current actual engine rotate speed and the obtained engine torque so as to obtain a target pitch. The system comprises the engine electronic control unit (ECU) capable of executing the method, and a propeller controller used for controlling a variable pitch, and a rotate speed sensor in communication connection with the engine ECU. According to the method and the system provided by the invention, the operating parameters of the engine are introduced, so that the cooperative control of a hull, the engine and the propeller is realized, the advantage of the variable pitch propeller is fully played, and the aim onaccurately saving fuel is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种可变螺距螺旋桨的省油控制方法及系统,方法包括当发动机在恒转速控制模式下运行时,基于当前发动机实际转速查找预先标定的CUR图获得对应的最小燃油消耗率;基于当前发动机实际转速和获得的最小燃油消耗率查找预先标定的第一MAP图获得相应的发动机扭矩;基于当前发动机实际转速和获得的发动机扭矩查找预先标定的第二MAP图获得目标螺距。系统包括可以执行上述方法的发动机ECU、与发动机ECU通信连接且用于控制可螺距的螺旋桨控制器以及转速传感器。本发明的方法和系统中引入了发动机的运行参数,实现了船机桨的协同控制,充分发挥了变螺距螺旋桨的优势并达到了精确省油的目的。
