The invention discloses a double-rotor planet wheel energy storage power assisting device. The device comprises gear racks arranged on two sides; two planetary gear sets are respectively mounted on the inner side of the gear racks; a sun gear is provided with a central shaft which extends to one side and a pinion; a bearing is arranged at a central shaft of the sun gear, is in pin joint with the racks and extends out of the gear racks; stator windings are rigidly connected with the gear racks by using long bolts penetrating through a gap between the planet gears; two ends of the outer and inner permanent magnet rotor ring bodies are coaxially and rigidly connected with the inner meshing gear and the sun gear on two sides; a wire of the stator winding penetrates through the gear racks through a gap between the planetary gears; single bodies of the stator windings are rectangular stand columns and corner angle stand columns, the width is integral multiples of the tooth width, the widthsof permanent magnet single bodies of the outer permanent magnet rotor ring body and the inner permanent magnet rotor ring body are integral multiples of the width of the rectangular stand columns, small-tail-end silicon steel bodies of the single bodies of all the corner angle stand column stator windings are connected through metal, and the stator windings are fixed through bakelite ring plates.
