The invention provides a visible light communication system based on an LED information screen. The visible light communication system comprises a sending end and a receiving end. The sending end comprises a network information processor, a visible light signal sending processor and an LED display screen. The receiving end comprises a visible light signal receiving processor; the sending end loadspublished information of an external information system; the published information is converted into a visible light signal which can be published through the LED display screen; and the receiving end receives the visible light signals published by the LED display screen and completes conversion and decoding of the visible light signals so as to restore original published signals, and then the original published signals are loaded to an external application system connected with the receiving end so as to present original published information content. Information issuing interaction is realized through visible light communication, and the visible light communication system can be used for issuing non-visual additional information to vehicles by outdoor variable information boards in thefield of intelligent transportation to assist intelligent vehicle driving decision making; and the non-visual additional information is released through the LED display screen.

    本发明提出基于LED信息屏的可见光通信系统,发送端和接收端;发送端包括网络信息处理器、可见光信号发送处理器、LED显示屏;接收端包括可见光信号接收处理器;发送端加载外部信息系统的发布信息,将发布信息转化为能够通过LED显示屏发布的可见光信号,接收端接收LED显示屏发布的可见光信号,并完成可见光信号的转换和解码,从而还原出原始发布信号,再将原始发布信号加载到接收端连接的外部应用系统以呈现原始发布信息内容。本发明通过可见光通信实现了信息发布交互,可用于智能交通领域户外可变情报板对车辆发布非视觉附加信息,辅助智能驾驶车辆决策;以及通过LED显示屏发布非视觉附加信息。
