The invention relates to an integrated steering radiator with a bypass, and relates to the technical field of automobile steering systems. The integrated steering radiator comprises a radiating assembly and a bypass assembly. The radiating assembly comprises two radiating main pipes and a plurality of oil through plates, wherein each oil through plate is hollow, the two ends of each oil through plate are perpendicularly communicated with the two radiating main pipes respectively, one end of one radiating main pipe is an oil inlet end, and the other end of the radiating main pipe is closed; andone end of the other radiating main pipe is an oil outlet end. The bypass assembly comprises a bypass pipe and a valve body, and oil enters one end of the bypass pipe and is combined and communicatedwith the oil inlet end; the valve body is mounted at one end of the bypass pipe; the valve body is provided with a pressure threshold; when the oil pressure in the steering radiator is higher than apressure threshold value, the valve body is opened; and the bypass pipe is communicated with the radiating main pipe with the oil outlet end. According to the integrated steering radiator with the bypass, steering hydraulic oil can be efficiently cooled, and when the internal pressure of the steering radiator is high, pressure relief of the steering radiator is achieved.

    本申请涉及一种带旁路的集成式转向散热器,涉及汽车转向系统技术领域,转向散热器包含散热组件和旁路组件,散热组件包含两根散热总管以及若干通油板,通油板内部中空,其两端分别垂直连通两根散热总管,其中一根散热总管的一端为进油端,另一端封闭;另一根散热总管的一端为出油端;旁路组件包含旁路管和阀体,旁路管的一端进油,并与进油端合并连通;阀体安装于旁路管的一端;阀体设置压力阈值;当转向散热器内部油压高于压力阈值时,阀体开启,旁路管与含出油端的散热总管连通。本申请的一种带旁路的集成式转向散热器,能够对转向液压油进行高效散热,且在转向散热器内部压力较高时,实现对转向散热器的泄压。
