The invention relates to the technical field of mining equipment and particularly discloses an underground transport vehicle and an intelligent conveying system. The underground transport vehicle comprises a vehicle body capable of running on a track, and the vehicle body is provided with a conveying vehicle PLC control system and further provided with a direct current chopper, a man-machine interaction system, a voice broadcasting system, a position correction reflection plate, wireless communication equipment, a distance measuring system, a derailment detector, a speed and position detectorand an automatic brake system which are electrically connected with the conveying vehicle PLC control system. The system has a wireless signal transmitting and receiving function, wirelessly transmitsparameters such as current, voltage and speed of a conveying vehicle, and receives remote control signals, turnout action signals, road selection line selection signals, brake signals, acceleration and deceleration signals and the like. The brake system is of an automatic pneumatic type, and good brake performance is achieved; a stringing lifting bow is in an automatic form, so that automatic lifting is realized according to different running states; a front obstacle detection device is arranged, so that the function of alarming or parking when meeting pedestrians and obstacles is achieved; and the transport vehicle derailment detection function is achieved.

    本发明涉及采矿设备技术领域,具体公开了一种井下输送车及智能运输系统,包括可在轨道上行驶的车体,车体上设有输送车PLC控制系统,以及与输送车PLC控制系统电连接的直流斩波器、人机交互系统、语音播报系统、位置矫正反射板、无线通讯设备、测距系统、掉轨检测器、速度及位置检测器和自动刹车系统。具有无线收发信号功能,无线传输输送车的电流、电压、速度等参数并接受遥控信号、道岔动作信号、路选线择信号、刹车、加减速信号等;刹车系统为自动气动式,实现良好的刹车性能;架线升降弓为自动形式,实现根据不同运行状态,实现自动升降;具有遇前方障碍物检测装置,实现遇行人、障碍物鸣笛报警或停车的功能;具有输送车掉道检测功能。
