The control chip comprises a multiplexing pin with an input mode and an output mode; the input terminal of the first triode Q1 is connected to a vehicle-mounted ECU output power supply; a first resistor R1 is connected to the input terminal of an MOS tube Q3. The output terminal of the first triode Q1 is connected to a control terminal of the MOS tube Q3 and is connected to the output power supply of the vehicle-mounted ECU and the input terminal of the second triode Q2 through a second resistor R2 and a third resistorR3 respectively, and a control terminal of the first triode Q1 is connected to the input terminal of the MOS tube Q3 through a fourth resistor R4; a control terminal of the second triode Q2 is connected to the output terminal of the MOS tube Q3 and connected to a grounding terminal and the multiplexing pin through a fifth resistor R5 and a sixth resistor R6 respectively, and the output terminal ofthe second triode Q2 and the output terminal of the MOS tube Q3 are connected to the grounding terminal and external electric equipment respectively.
