The invention provides a wave glider propulsive force simulation detection device. The device comprises a rack, a first cross rod arranged on the rack in a sliding mode, a second cross rod and a powerdevice, wherein at least two first sliding rails are vertically arranged on the first cross rod, and a first sensing mechanism is connected to the first sliding rails in a sliding mode; the second cross rod is arranged on the rack in the sliding mode, at least two second sliding rails are vertically arranged on the second cross rod, and a second sensing mechanism is connected to the second sliding rails in the sliding mode; the first sensing mechanism and the second sensing mechanism are oppositely arranged; and the upper end of the rack is fixedly connected with the power device which is fixedly connected with a to-be-tested wave glider. By arranging the rack, the first sensing mechanism sliding in multiple directions and the second sensing mechanism sliding in multiple directions, the to-be-tested wave glider is clamped for propulsive force detection, the power device is arranged to be connected with the wave glider to simulate a motion state in sea waves, and therefore a hydrodynamic force detection requirement of the wave glider is met under site and equipment limiting conditions.
