The invention discloses a light tire burst emergency safety device which comprises a supporting ring. The supporting ring comprises a plurality of supporting pieces. The two adjacent supporting piecesare movably connected, and the two ends of the supporting ring are detachably connected through connecting pieces; and in a radial direction of the supporting ring, a hollow part is arranged on eachsupporting piece, and a supporting cushion block embedded in the hollow part is arranged on the inner side surface of each supporting piece. According to the light tire burst emergency safety device,the support ring comprises the plurality of support pieces with the hollow parts; each supporting piece is buckled with the supporting cushion block; through a hollowed-out design of the surface of each supporting piece and the hollow design of the interior of the supporting cushion block, each supporting piece is stressed evenly, the reliability of the supporting cushion block installed on the supporting piece is effectively enhanced, the mass of the light tire burst emergency safety device is effectively reduced, and the strength of the light tire burst emergency safety device is effectivelyenhanced; and a use amount of materials is reduced and cost is decreased.

    本申请公开一种轻型爆胎应急安全装置,包括:支撑环,支撑环包括多个支撑片,相邻两个支撑片活动连接,支撑环的两个端部通过连接件可拆卸地连接;在支撑环的径向方向上,支撑片上设有镂空部,支撑片的内侧面设有嵌装于镂空部中的支撑垫块。根据本发明提供的轻型爆胎应急安全装置,支撑环包括多个具有镂空部的支撑片,支撑片与支撑垫块相互扣接,通过支撑片表面的镂空设计、支撑垫块内部的中空设计,使支撑片受力均匀,有效增强支撑垫块安装于支撑片的可靠性,既有效减轻该轻型爆胎应急安全装置的质量,又有效增强了该轻型爆胎应急安全装置的强度;减少材料的使用量,降低成本。
