The invention relates to a vortex cooling power battery thermal management technology. A power battery pack, a temperature sensor, an air compressor and a vortex cooler are included. The vortex coolercomprises a hot end pipe, a cold end pipe, an air inlet and an air outlet. A principle of the technical scheme is characterized in that when a temperature of the power battery pack is higher than a set value, an electric automobile management system makes the air compressor pressurize the vortex cooler, high-pressure air rotates at a high speed in a vortex cavity to separate cold air flow and hotair flow, cold air flows into the power battery pack from the vortex cooler, heat exchange is completed, and therefore the power battery pack is rapidly cooled.
一种涡流冷却的动力电池热管理技术包含:动力电池组、温度传感器、空气压缩机、涡流冷却器,涡流冷却器包括热端管、冷端管、进气口、出气口,本技术方案原理是:当动力电池组温度高于设定值,电动汽车管理系统控制空气压缩机对涡流冷却器增压,高压气体在涡流腔内高速旋转分离出冷、热两股气流,冷气从涡流冷却器流出到动力电池组中,完成热交换,从而给动力电池组快速降温。
