The invention provides a novel locking mechanism for quick battery pack replacement of an electric automobile. The locking mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a left locking mechanism and a right locking mechanism. The left locking mechanism is arranged on the left side of the upper portion of the mounting plate, and the right locking mechanism is arranged on the right side of the upper portionof the mounting plate; the mounting plate is a rectangular plate which is horizontally arranged in the transverse direction, equal-height mounting faces which are bent upwards and protrude are arranged on the mounting plate at intervals, a through hole is formed in the plane between the mounting faces, and locking pins are perpendicularly arranged between the mounting faces on the two sides. Withapplication of the locking mechanism, a good effect is achieved; according to the novel locking mechanism for quick battery pack replacement of the electric automobile, the locking handle is rotated to drive the wedge block to transversely move and wedge into the locking planes on the two sides of the locking pin through the middle plate and the sliding shaft, the quick-change battery pack is locked to the lower portion of the electric automobile, the size of the locking mechanism is effectively reduced, the falling risk of the quick-change battery pack in the using process is avoided, and safe operation of the electric automobile is guaranteed.

    一种新型电动汽车快速换电池包锁紧机构,包括安装板、左锁紧机构和右锁紧机构,左锁紧机构设置在安装板上部左侧,右锁紧机构设置在安装板上部右侧;所述的安装板为横向水平设置的矩形板,安装板上间隔设置有向上折弯凸起的等高安装面,安装面之间的平面上设置有通孔,两侧的安装面中间垂直设置有锁紧销;通过本发明的使用,达到了很好的效果:新型电动汽车快速换电池包锁紧机构通过转动锁紧柄通过中间板和滑动轴带动楔块横向移动楔入到锁紧销两侧的锁紧平面上,使快速换电池包的锁紧到电动汽车的下部,有效的减小了锁紧机构的体积,并避免使用过程中快换电池包的脱落风险,保证了电动汽车的安全运行。
