The swing bolster structure is applied to the bogie, and the swing bolster structure comprises a center plate suitable for being arrangedbelow a train and used for connecting and supporting the train; a center plate beam which is used for connecting and supporting the center plate, wherein the center plate is arranged at the upper endof the center plate beam, the center plate beam is provided with a containing cavity penetrating through the center plate beam, and a brake lever of the bogie and an axle of a wheel set of the bogie penetrate through the containing cavity; and side beams which are used for supporting the center plate beam and connecting the center plate beam with a transverse frame of the bogie, and the side beamsare arranged at the two ends of the center plate beam in the length direction. According to the swing bolster structure, the containing cavity penetrating through the center plate beam is formed in the center plate beam so that the brake lever and the axle of the wheel set penetrate through the containing cavity, the situation that arrangement of the wheel set and the brake lever is interfered when the swing bolster structure and the wheel set are arranged side by side is avoided, the assembly process of the bogie is simplified, and the production and manufacturing cost of the bogie is reduced.
