The invention discloses a pole-climbing operation robot and an operation control method thereof. The robot comprises a first rotary joint, a second rotary joint, a third rotary joint, a first clampingmechanism and a second clamping mechanism. The first clamping mechanism is connected with one end of the first rotary joint; the other end of the first rotary joint is connected with one end of the second rotary joint, the other end of the second rotary joint is connected with one end of the third rotary joint, the other end of the third rotary joint is connected with the second clamping mechanism, and the first rotary joint can be driven to rotate around the vertical direction with the other end of the first rotary joint as the circle center. The second rotary joint can be driven to rotate around the vertical direction by taking the middle part as a circle center; the third rotary joint can be driven to rotate around the vertical direction by taking one end of the third rotary joint as acircle center; and the first clamping mechanism and the second clamping mechanism can be controlled to do clamping or loosening actions. The robot provided by the invention can replace manual operation, and can prevent operating personnel from being hurt by operation errors.

    本发明公开一种爬杆作业机器人及其作业控制方法,机器人包括第一旋转关节、第二旋转关节、第三旋转关节、第一夹持机构和第二夹持机构;第一夹持机构与第一旋转关节的一端连接,第一旋转关节的另一端与第二旋转关节的一端连接,第二旋转关节的另一端与第三旋转关节的一端连接,第三旋转关节的另一端与第二夹持机构连接,第一旋转关节能被驱动以其另一端为圆心绕竖直方向转动;第二旋转关节能被驱动以其中部为圆心绕竖直方向转动;第三旋转关节能被驱动以其一端为圆心绕竖直方向转动;第一夹持机构和第二夹持机构均能被控制做出夹紧和松开动作。本发明的机器人可代替人工作业,防止作业失误造成的作业人员伤害。
