The invention provides a novel unmanned aerial vehicle camera holder module structure of a multi-degree-of-freedom ultrasonic motor. According to the ultrasonic motor, an inverse piezoelectric effectof a piezoelectric material is utilized to excite micro-amplitude vibration of an elastomer stator in an ultrasonic frequency band so that particles on the surface of an elastomer generate microcosmicelliptic motion, microcosmic vibration is converted into rotational motion of a rotor through a friction effect between a stator and a rotor, then power is output, and a load is driven. The multi-degree-of-freedom ultrasonic motor is mainly composed of an annular stator, a spherical rotor, an electromagnet, a columnar stator, an inner stator connecting rod, a piezoelectric ceramic piece and the like, and a multi-degree-of-freedom requirement can be met. The platform module is compact in structure, small, exquisite, flexible, small in number of parts, light in weight and capable of effectivelyovercoming defects that a traditional unmanned aerial vehicle camera platform is complex in structure, large in size, large in number of parts, complex in driving, large in noise, vibration and energy consumption and the like. The structure has advantages that the structure is flexible and variable, response is quick, torque density is high, there is no electromagnetic interference and stabilityis good, can effectively improve a response speed and adjustable accuracy of the system, and can meet requirements of quick response, the compact structure, power consumption reduction and the like ofthe unmanned aerial vehicle holder.

    本发明提供了一种新型多自由度超声波电动机的无人机相机云台模块结构。超声波电动机是利用压电材料的逆压电效应,激发弹性体定子在超声频段内的微幅振动,使弹性体表面上质点产生微观的椭圆运动,并通过定、转子之间的摩擦作用将微观振动转换成转子的旋转运动,进而输出功率,驱动负载。本发明采用的多自由度超声波电动机主要由环形定子、球形转子、电磁铁、柱状定子、内定子连接杆及压电陶瓷片等组成,可以实现多自由度需求。该平台模块结构紧凑、小巧灵活、零件较少、重量较轻,可以有效弥补传统无人机相机平台结构复杂、体积较大、零件较多、驱动复杂、噪声、振动及能量消耗大等缺陷。本发明具有结构灵活多变、响应迅速、发挥大力矩密度和无电磁干扰等优势及稳定性好的特点,可以有效提高系统的响应速度和可调准确性,并可满足无人机云台响应迅速、结构紧凑和降低功耗等要求。
