The invention provides a road condition prediction method and device and a storage medium. According to the method, a traffic flow network is constructed by using historical traffic flow information;further, the future road condition is predicted on the basis of the vehicle network; the correlation between each road section in each traffic flow track is determined from the historical traffic flowinformation; the correlation comprises a steering relationship and a steering probability between the road sections; therefore, the problem that road network information of a data source in existingvehicle condition prediction has defects is solved; it is ensured that the constructed traffic flow network matches the actual situation; moreover, according to the embodiment of the invention, historical preferences are considered, and the correlation between different road sections is learned from historical information, so that the predicted road condition information conforms to the actual situation, the accuracy of road condition prediction is improved, a decision basis for governing congestion can be provided for urban traffic managers, and route planning, navigation and the like are provided for travel of people.

    本申请提供一种路况预测方法、装置及存储介质,该方法利用历史车流信息来构建车流网络,进而,在车辆网络的基础上预测未来路况,其中,从上述历史车流信息中确定每条车流轨迹中各个路段之间的相关性,该相关性包含上述各个路段之间的转向关系和转向概率,从而,解决现有车况预测中数据源的路网信息有缺陷的问题,保证构建车流网络与实际情况相匹配,而且,本申请实施例考虑历史的偏好,从历史信息中学习不同路段之间的相关性,使得预测的路况信息与实际情况相符,提升了路况预测的准确率,进而,能够为城市交通管理者提供治理拥堵的决策依据,为人们出行提供线路规划及导航等。
