The invention discloses a pantograph guide plate design method, which is characterized in that a guide plate is fixed on an upper arm rod and/or a lower arm rod, and the included angles between the upper arm rod and the lower arm rod and the horizontal plane are also continuously changed along with the change of the pantograph lifting height, so that the attack angle of the guide plate fixedly connected to the upper arm rod and the lower arm rod is also changed along with the change of the pantograph lifting height. The attack angle of the flow guide plate is changed along with different pantograph lifting heights in different pantograph lifting height ranges, so that pneumatic lifting force required for dynamically adjusting the pantograph at different pantograph lifting heights is achieved, and the average dynamic contact force of the pantograph in the whole working height range is ensured to meet the standard requirements; and meanwhile, the limitation of the mounting position is small, and the large guide plate structure size can be designed according to the pneumatic lifting force adjusting requirement. After optimization design, the device can replace a pantograph active control valve plate to adjust dynamic contact force, and has the advantages of being low in cost, high in reliability and the like compared with an active control system.
本发明公开了一种受电弓导流板设计方法,导流板固定于上臂杆和/或下臂杆上,随着升弓高度的变化,上臂杆和下臂杆与水平的夹角也在不断变化,因而固连在上臂杆和下臂杆上的导流板迎角也随升弓高度变化而变化。实现在不同升弓高度范围内,导流板的攻角随升弓高度不同而变化,达到动态调节在不同升弓高度所需的气动抬升力,保证受电弓在整个工作高度范围内平均动态接触力符合标准要求;同时安装位置局限性小,可按气动抬升力调节需求来设计较大的导流板结构尺寸。优化设计后可取代受电弓主动控制阀板对动态接触力的调整功能,相比主动控制系统具有成本低,可靠性高等优势。
