The invention discloses a bowing steering balance mechanism for a paddy field machine and a working method, and relates to the field of plant protection machineries. The bowing mechanism comprises a main shaft, an intermediate shaft sleeve, a left steering hydraulic cylinder and a right steering hydraulic cylinder; the main shaft is fixed to a frame and sleeved with the intermediate shaft sleeve,and the outer ring of the intermediate shaft sleeve is connected with the left steering hydraulic cylinder and the right steering hydraulic cylinder through fastening screws. During steering, the leftsteering hydraulic cylinder or the right steering hydraulic cylinder can rotate leftwards or rightwards along with the intermediate shaft sleeve; meanwhile, a front hydraulic motor and a rear hydraulic motor which are installed on the wheels rotate leftwards or rightwards. The bowing steering mechanism changes force transmission into hydraulic transmission in a hydraulic transmission mode. The paddy field machine is not prone to pit sinking and slipping, steering is more flexible and convenient, a driver is not prone to feeling tired, the balance mechanism can provide a restoring force to balance a centripetal force when the paddy field machine steers, the machine is more stable, and the working efficiency of plant protection operation is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种用于水田机的折腰转向平衡机构及工作方法,涉及植保机械领域,折腰机构包括主轴、中间轴套管、左转向液压缸和右转向液压缸;所述主轴固定在车架上,主轴上套装有中间轴套管,中间轴套管外圈上通过紧固螺钉分别连接有左转向液压缸和右转向液压缸;转向时,左转向液压缸或者右转向液压缸可随中间轴套管向左或者向右旋转,同时安装在车轮上的前液压马达和后液压马达向左或者向右转向。折腰转向机构通过液压传动方式将力传动改成液压传动,使得水田机不易发生陷坑打滑,转向更加灵活方便,驾驶员不容易感到疲劳,平衡机构可以在水田机进行转向时提供回复力平衡向心力,使得机器更加平稳,大大提高植保作业的工作效率。
