The invention provides a machine vision system and method applied to a traffic early warning robot. The machine vision system comprises an image acquisition module, an image processing unit and an image transmission interface module; the image acquisition module autonomously acquires real-time information of the surrounding environment; the image processing unit is used for processing the acquiredsurrounding environment image information to achieve monitoring and tracking of a moving target in the acquired image; and the image transmission interface module transmits the processed surroundingenvironment information image to the traffic early warning robot. Surrounding road condition information can be autonomously acquired, and monitoring and tracking of a moving target of the traffic early warning robot are achieved.
本公开提出了应用于交通预警机器人的机器视觉系统及方法,包括:图像采集模块、图像处理单元及图像传输接口模块;所述图像采集模块自主的获取周围环境实时信息;所述图像处理单元对采集到的周围环境图像信息进行处理,实现采集图像中对于运动目标的监测及追踪;所述图像传输接口模块将处理完成的周围环境信息图像传输到交通预警机器人。能够自主获取周围路况信息,实现交通预警机器人运动目标监测及追踪。
