When a current from the transformer to the single-chip microcomputer is too large in the off-peak period of power utilization, the strong current is shunted to reduce the intensity of the current through the contact between the conducting strip and the conducting tube, the impact of the fluctuation of the off-peak period and the peak period of power utilization on the single-chip microcomputer is reduced, and the protection of the single-chip microcomputer is facilitated; air circulation in the gun body is accelerated through rotationof the impeller, and dissipation of heat generated in the gun body is accelerated; when the current passing through the transformer is continuously increased, the current passing through the single-chip microcomputer is increased, the temperature of the single-chip microcomputer is increased, the reset rod is heated to expand to drive the single-chip microcomputer to leave the guide pipe of the transformer, the current is isolated, and burnout caused by overlarge load of the single-chip microcomputer due to overlarge current is reduced; and gas is generated through the impeller to accelerateheat dissipation of the single-chip microcomputer, the protection of the single-chip microcomputer is facilitated, and the service life of the single-chip microcomputer is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种汽车新能源便携式充电枪,其结构包括枪体、充电接口、电源接口、手柄,充电接口设在枪体右端,当用电低谷期时,变压器往单片机的电流过大时,通过导电片与导电管接触,将强大的电流分流减缓电流的强度,减少用电低谷与高峰期起伏不定,对单机片冲击,有利于对单机片进行保护,且通过叶轮转动加快枪体内部的空气流通,加快内部产生的热量散发,当通过变压器的电流持续增大时,通过单片机的电流加大,且单片机的温度升高,通过复位杆受热膨胀带动单片机离开变压器的导管,对电流隔绝,减少电流过大而单片机负载过大烧毁,且通过叶轮产生气体加快单片机的热量散发,有利于对单片机保护,增加单片机的使用时间。
