The invention discloses an anti-pricking-nail mechanism for an automobile tire and relates to the field of anti-pricking-nail mechanisms. The mechanism comprises an auxiliary wheel capable of synchronously rotating a tire on the ground. An inner groove is formed in the auxiliary wheel; a strong magnetic strip capable of adsorbing iron nails on the ground outside the auxiliary wheel is arranged inthe inner groove; and a storage groove for storing the iron nails is formed in the surface of the auxiliary wheel, the iron nails on the ground in front of the tire can be attracted and fixed by the strong magnetic strip in the auxiliary wheel and stored in the storage groove in the surface of the auxiliary wheel in a running process of the tire, a purpose of cleaning the iron nails in front of the tire is achieved, and an effect of preventing the tire from pricking the nails is achieved. A collecting plate used for collecting the iron nails stored in the storage groove is included; and a scraping plate which can elastically deform and scrape off the iron nails stored in the storage groove is arranged at the bottom of the collecting plate, the scraping plate can scrape off the iron nails stored in the storage groove and collect the iron nails on one side of the collecting plate, the purpose of cleaning the iron nails in the storage groove in the surface of the auxiliary wheel in real time is achieved, and the auxiliary wheel can normally move on the ground and collect the iron nails.

    本发明公开了一种汽车轮胎防扎钉机构,涉及到防扎钉机构领域,包括可同步轮胎在地面转动的辅轮,辅轮内部设有内槽,内槽中设有可吸附辅轮外部地面上铁制钉子的强磁条,辅轮的表面设有存储铁制钉子的存放槽,轮胎运行过程中其前方地面的铁质钉子能够被辅轮中的强磁条吸附固定住并存储于辅轮表面的存放槽中,达到了清理轮胎前方铁质钉子的目的,起到了轮胎防扎钉的效果;包括收集存储在存放槽中铁制钉子的收集板,收集板的底部设有可弹性变形并将存放槽中存储的铁制钉子刮除的刮板,刮板可将存储在存放槽中的铁质钉子刮除并收集在收集板一侧,达到了实时清理辅轮表面存放槽中铁质钉子的目的,可使辅轮正常在地面移动和收集铁质钉子。
