The invention discloses a harbor area railway level crossing automatic control system and method, belongs to the technical field of railway level crossing control and protection, and solves a technical problem that the prior art is not suitable for complex working conditions of harbor area railway crossings. The harbor area railway level crossing automatic control system comprises a first detection module and a control module, wherein the first detection module is used for detecting whether a locomotive approaches a crossing or not and detecting whether locomotive completely drives away fromthe crossing or not, and is also used for detecting conditions of people and vehicles in a crossing area between an exit log blocking machine and an entrance log blocking machine; and the control module is used for making the entrance log blocking machine descend when the locomotive approaches the crossing, descending the exit log blocking machine after the entrance log blocking machine descends in place, lifting a notch log blocking machine after the exit log blocking machine descends in place, and making the notch log blocking machine descend and lifting the exit log blocking machine and theentrance log blocking machine after the locomotive at the crossing is driven away. Automatic control over passing of the log blocking machine and the locomotive under the complex working condition environment of the harbor area railway level crossing is achieved.

    本发明公开一种港区铁路平交道口自动控制系统及方法,属于铁路平交道口控制和防护技术领域,解决了现有技术不适用于港区铁路道口的复杂工况的技术问题。一种港区铁路平交道口自动控制系统,包括第一检测模块,用于检测道口是否有机车接近及检测道口机车是否完全驶离,还用于检测出、入口拦木机之间的道口区域的人和车辆情况;控制模块,用于在道口有机车接近时,控制入口拦木机下放,当入口拦木机下放到位后,下放出口拦木机,出口拦木机到位后提升缺口拦木机,还用于当道口机车驶离后,控制缺口拦木机下放,并提升出、入口拦木机。实现了适用于港区铁路平交道口复杂工况环境下的拦木机及机车通行的自动控制。
