The invention discloses a friction type brake device. The device comprises a driving device, a base disk and a friction disk, wherein the friction disk is rotatably arranged in the base disk, the basedisk is provided with a limit slot, a sliding block is slidably arranged inside the limit slot through an elastomer, and the friction disk is provided with a guide groove for the sliding block to abut against; the guide groove has an inner profile and an outer profile; the outer profile is a section of volute curve, the center of the outer profile line coincides with the center of the friction disk, and the sliding block abuts against the outer profile line of the guide groove. The brake structure adopts a disk brake method to improve the heat dissipation effect through the guide groove thereon on the one hand while increasing the friction area, and enable the friction disk to rotate relative to the base disk on the other hand, thereby preventing the problem of brake locking and improve braking effect.

    本发明公开了一种摩擦式刹车装置,包括驱动装置、基盘及摩擦盘,所述摩擦盘转动设置在所述基盘内,所述基盘上开设有一限位槽,所述限位槽内通过弹性体能够滑动的设置有一滑块,所述摩擦盘上开设有供所述滑块抵紧的导向槽;所述导向槽具有一个内廓线以及一个外廓线;所述外廓线为一段涡形曲线,且所述外廓线中心与摩擦盘的中心重合,所述滑块抵紧在所述导向槽的外廓线上。该刹车结构通过采用盘刹的方式,在提高摩擦面积的同时,通过其上的导向槽一方面提高散热效果,另一方面利用其使得摩擦盘能够相对于基盘产生转动,进而防止刹车时的抱死问题,提高刹车效果。
