The invention discloses a vehicle and a front longitudinal beam thereof. The front longitudinal beam is fixedly provided with a collision stop block and a reinforcing part, the collision stop block isarranged on the outer side of an outer plate of the front longitudinal beam, the reinforcing part is arranged in an inner cavity of the front longitudinal beam and corresponds to the collision stop block in position, the reinforcing part is connected to the outer plate of the front longitudinal beam and connected to at least one position other than the outer plate. As the collision stop block isarranged on the outer side of the outer plate of the front longitudinal beam, when the vehicle has a small offset collision, the front longitudinal beam will collide with the collision stop block although it cannot directly hit a barrier, and the collision stop block is hit by the barrier and will transmit the collision force to the front longitudinal beam. Moreover, the corresponding position ofthe collision stop block is also provided with the reinforcing part which is connected to the outer plate and the positions other than the outer plate at the same time, and the collision force is transmitted inwards more deeply, so that it is beneficial to transmit the collision force to the entire cross section of the front longitudinal beam, and finally a large bending moment is formed on the front longitudinal beam to cause bending deformation of the front longitudinal beam to absorb the small offset collision energy and reduce the risk of instability of a passenger compartment.
本发明公开一种车辆及其前纵梁,前纵梁固定有碰撞阻挡块和加强部,碰撞阻挡块设于前纵梁的外板的外侧,加强部设于前纵梁的内腔,且与碰撞阻挡块的位置对应,加强部连接前纵梁的外板,且至少连接一处外板以外的位置。碰撞阻挡块设置于前纵梁外板的外侧,当车辆发生小偏置碰撞时,虽然前纵梁不能直接撞击到壁障,但会碰撞到碰撞阻挡块,碰撞阻挡块受到壁障撞击,会将碰撞力传递到前纵梁,而在碰撞阻挡块的对应位置还设置有加强部,加强部同时连接外板和外板以外的位置,则会将碰撞力更深度地向内传递,从而有利于将碰撞力传递到前纵梁的整个横截面,最终在前纵梁上形成较大弯矩使其发生折弯变形来吸收小偏置碰撞能量,降低乘员舱的失稳的风险。
